1. How to identify the authenticity of mobile phone?

Answer:User can visit Telecom Equipment Certification Network(www.tenaa.com.cn), then in order input the mobile phone network number(the first line of the network license marks), scrambling code (the third line of the network license marks) and the number of phone body(number can be obtained by calling “*#06#”).This website will tell you the authenticity of the mobile phone.

2. How to deal with the mobile phone have been watered?

Answer:First, do not try to start it, should immediately remove the battery to dry it, if not success, then send the battery and your phone together to maintenance point for professional repair.

4. Can I transfer information from one receiver to another? Test3

Answer:Certainly. Please do it as below: 1. The two receivers must be of the same model. 2. Make an available serial cable according to the "USER''S MANUAL". 3. Connect the two receivers using a serial cable. 4. Power on the master receiver, leave the slave receiver switched off. 5. The master receiver is the receiver you want to transfer data from. 6. Enter the main menu on the master receiver. 7. Select "System Transfer" under "Accessory" and Press OK, there will be a figure pop up. 8. Switch on the slave receiver and you can see Transfer Proceeding. This will take you about 8 minutes. 9. The slave receiver is the receiver you want to transfer data to. 10. After transfer completed, power off the slave receiver and disconnect the cable. 11. To transfer another receiver, press OK. Or else press EXIT or MENU button to exit.

5. There is no power when I switch on my receiver. Test2

Answer:Check the power lead of STB is plugged in the mains and switched on. Ensure that the power switch is on at the back of the receiver.

6. Dolby Digital (AC-3) bitstream Output (S/P DIF). Test1

Answer:Coship STB (limit to the model which has S/P DIF terminal) supports the Stream Output function of Dolby Digital (Project name AC-3) which enables the customers to enjoy the 5.1 channel digital sound when the S/P DIF terminal in Coship STB rear panel is connected with an Amplifier embedded Dolby Digital decoder or appropriable decoder. Coship STB supports only the Dolby Digital stream output and customers have to additionally buy the Dolby Digital decoder because that is not embedded in Coship STB. Even though customers have all equipment, it is not possible to receive the Dolby Digital in a way of 5.1 Channel when the channel (service) you are watching is not carrying Dolby encoding audio.
